Greg is responsible for the corporate planning and governance of Eagle Wing Education and Training. He is an entrepreneur, innovator, and businessman with over 35 years’ experience in adult education.
Greg lectured at Newcastle University, also has been a Vocational Consultant to the NSW Department of Education and Training. Prior to his involvement in adult education and training, he spent 15 years as a high school teacher.
Greg has extensive experience in the adult education industry and ensures Eagle Wing Education and Training realise positive outcomes for industry standards in Civil Construction. This is done through engagement with industry today and every day, making certain training meets not only the needs of the industry but the needs of all learners. Greg is also the Director of Dynamic Learning Services RTO ID 40467.
Connor Boehme

Connor has been working within the VET Sector for 11 years in a variety of Senior Management roles. She began her career in Quality and Compliance, providing consultation, learning and development and administration services to RTOs across Australia before joining Eagle Wing Education and Training in 2017.
During her time at Eagle Wing Education and Training, Connor has worked her way up from a Project Management role, to the Executive Assistant of the CEO, to then being promoted to Group General Manager in 2020.
Connor has an extensive understanding of RTO Management, funding and compliance. Connor oversees the entire team at Eagle Wing Education and Training in addition to operational and financial planning and serving as the primary spokesperson and representative of the business alongside the Director. Connor is also CEO of Dynamic Learning Services RTO ID 40467.
